The deadline for your TRREB, OREA and CREA annual dues and fees for the membership year January 1 to December 31, 2024, is January 15, 2024. Your 2024 invoice includes your annual OREA, ORWP and CREA dues. To avoid any disruption in accessing the MLS® System and the $100.00 + HST reinstatement fee, you are required to pay your invoice by the deadline.

Explore the New REALTOR® Cooperation Policy
Prepare yourself for this update coming on Wednesday, January 3 that will put the new "Duty of Cooperation" (Article 30 of the REALTOR® Code) into effect. CREA's REALTOR® Cooperation Policy requires you to place your property listings on an MLS® System within three days of public marketing, unless an exemption applies.
