Stay in the Know: CREA's REALTOR® Cooperation Policy
As a Member, you must follow CREA's REALTOR® Cooperation Policy. This policy requires you to place your exclusive listings on an MLS® System within three days of public marketing unless an exemption applies. For all other TRREB MLS® Listing Agreements, you must continue to follow MLS® Rule R-365, which means you must upload your listings to the TRREB MLS® System within two business days. New mandatory listing fields and updates to existing fields are here. These improvements are designed to streamline your listing process and provide more comprehensive information to your clients. The fields that are listed as mandatory are required when entering or editing any listings and drafts entered into the MLS® System after 12:00 a.m. on Wednesday, March 27.
