Never Withhold Commission

REALTORS® must be aware of their obligations under TRREB's Procurement Rule and CREA's REALTOR® Code Article 20. It's important to never include remarks in listings about withholding a portion of the co-operating commission. Before working with a potential buyer, make sure you verify that they aren't working with another REALTOR®. Share this headline with your brokerage to help them understand more about this rule.

BoC Cuts Overnight Rate 25 Basis Points

The anticipated Bank of Canada interest rate decision was announced on Wednesday, marking the third consecutive meeting to decrease the overnight rate by 25 basis points. The next decision is coming on October 23.
