Next Week: TRREB's Fall Annual Meeting
The TRREB fall Annual Meeting is taking place virtually on Wednesday, November 20, 2024, at 10:00 a.m. To address a trend in declining membership, challenging market conditions, and positive developments around an expanded provincewide MLS® System data access that have impacted operating revenues and financial efficiencies, we are proposing a dues increase of $60 per Member next year to deal with the financial impact following 16 dues holidays and reductions in the past 23 years. Vote "Yes" to support your business and our industry's future success. Download these resources and share them with your agents to better understand our proposal.

Annual Dues Invoice is Coming
The 2025 membership invoice, including TRREB, OREA, ORWP and CREA dues is coming next week. The deadline to pay this invoice is December 31, 2024. All OREA and CREA amounts collected are remitted to OREA and CREA.

Coming Soon: New Orientation Course
Starting in January 2025, TRREB will require new Members to complete the New Member Orientation (NMO) Part 4: Professionalism, Ethics, and Compliance. This course adds to the existing three-part NMO series, providing essential knowledge and insights into compliance covering applicable laws, policies, and procedures.
