Authentisign® Access Ends on June 30
The Authentisign® e-signature tool in WEBForms® is sunsetting as a TRREB Member benefit after Friday, June 30. This means you will not be able to use Authentisign® for electronic signatures. Try SkySlope Forms and DigiSign, your new tool to find, fill, and sign real estate forms with auto-populating data fields and embedded e-signatures. Remember that your signed documents using Authentisign® are still accessible and easy to save in WEBForms®.
Try and Test Matrix and REALM™
We're giving you more choice and offering you an opportunity to explore REALM™ and Matrix. This trial period allows you to test new features across either MLS® System. At the end of the trial period on Monday, July 17, you will then select one way to access TRREB's MLS® System. If you choose REALM™, regardless of whether you are currently a Stratus or Matrix user, you will have access to BOTH REALM™ and Stratus.
Using DigiSign in SkySlope Forms
DigiSign makes it easy to get e-signatures from your clients quickly and securely. Use the DigiSign link in SkySlope Forms to send documents anywhere, anytime. Simply upload a document directly, select "Apps" in the upper-right corner of the SkySlope Forms dashboard. Then, click on "New Envelope" to upload documents for an e-signature. You can also sign up for in-person classes or webinars to learn how to use SkySlope Forms and DigiSign.
Tracking Offers in SkySlope
Get ready for SkySlope Offers to launch. This new tool will allow you to view centralized offers on a single page. Every offer is displayed, sorted, and compared by price, closing period, contingencies, and more. You can also easily share offers with sellers in a single click. More information is coming soon.
Exploring OneHome and Prospects Mobile in Matrix
There are two new features in Matrix. OneHome allows you to collaborate with clients and remain at the centre of their home search. Prospects Mobile enables you to conduct your real estate business – anywhere, anytime. Discovering Listing Activity with ListTrac
ListTrac makes it possible for you to see listing views, shares, leads, and favourites on your listings on TRREB's MLS® System, including REALM™, Stratus, Matrix, TRREB.ca, and REALTOR.ca. Monitor and share the number of times your listing is viewed, the average time someone spends viewing each listing, and the number of leads. Watch this training video to get started.

Leading Image Recognition Tool: Restb.ai
Restb.ai is another Member benefit launching soon. This AI tool analyzes millions of property images that automatically extracts data and insights from your listings. You can search the active listing inventory by uploading photos and finding matching photos with the same features.
Searching New Homes and Commercial Data
Search data for new home projects in the low-rise and high-rise market segments, the sale dates, building sizes, and price per square foot for commercial properties in the Altus Data Studio. This user-friendly tool will replace RealNet and Altus InSite on Monday, July 17.
