The Climate Ready Homes Program is a free initiative that helps residents make their homes more energy-efficient, climate-resilient, and environmentally sustainable. Residents can schedule a personalized home consultation to learn about practical interior and exterior improvements.

Participants receive personalized recommendations on:

• Energy efficiency
• Water conservation
• Solid waste management
• Eco-friendly landscaping
• Climate resilience
• Available rebates and incentive programs

Program Eligibility

The program is available to homeowners and tenants who live in a detached home, semi-detached home, or townhome located within the Toronto and Region Conservation Authority (TRCA) jurisdiction, including:

• City of Toronto
• Regional Municipality of Durham
• Regional Municipality of Peel
• Regional Municipality of York
• Township of Adjala-Tosorontio
• Town of Mono
