The Greener Homes Energy Coaching Service offers free home retrofit consultations, by phone or video conference, to Halton Hills residents considering or already engaged in completing retrofits for a greener home.

The coaches offer independent advice and answer the residents’ questions about their home energy upgrades.

Energy Coaching Service

The Town is working with Windfall Ecology Centre to offer free and impartial home energy coaching services by phone or video that can help residents:

• Identify which home energy retrofits are best for their needs.
• Access provincial rebates to help cover retrofit costs.
• Identify low- and no-cost actions to reduce energy use and save money.
• Review and compare quotes from contractors.
• Learn about retrofit technologies and equipment, and how they work in homes.
• Understand financing options for their project.

How to Schedule a Consultation

Click here to book a free energy coach consultation. Residents can schedule an appointment with a Greener Homes Coach through their Greener Homes Halton Hills user account. In the portal, click on the “Appointment with my Coach” link to schedule a virtual appointment.
