How to Submit an Interboard Listing
Email incominginterboard@trreb.ca and include the property address in the subject line.
Attach a ZIP folder that contains all the following documents:
- TRREB Data Information Form
A completed, copyable PDF version available through WEBForms®. Ensure all mandatory fields are filled in. - Original MLS® Listing
A copyable PDF printout from your Home Board. - High-Quality Property Photographs
Submit up to 50 images. If the file is too large to email, include a shareable folder link (e.g., Google Drive, OneDrive, Dropbox).
TRREB will return incomplete or incorrectly formatted submissions.
After You Submit
Once TRREB receives the completed ZIP folder, you will be sent an email containing a link to process the Interboard payment. The invoice will remain active for two (2) days. If payment is not received within this timeframe, the invoice will be reversed, and you will be required to re-submit your request in full.
Listing Fee: $101.70 (including applicable taxes)
Processing Time: 2–10 business days, depending on volume
Amendments
To update a published Interboard listing, email incominginterboard@trreb.ca with the following:
- The TRREB MLS® Number
- A description of the update required
- A printed version of the Home Board listing showing the change
- A signed copy of the applicable Cancellation, Amendment, or Suspension form
There is no fee for amendments.
