In today’s performance-based marketplace, REALTORS® need more than market knowledge to stand out. They need the confidence, focus and habits to turn what they know into what they do consistently.

That message came through clearly in a recent episode of the Ready to Real Estate podcast, featuring guest Rebecca Mountain and hosted by TRREB Chief Information Officer Jason Mercer. During their conversation, Mountain shared practical ways real estate agents can move past self-doubt, take decisive action, and create long-term success in their businesses.

Internal Barriers Present Challenges

Mountain, an author, international keynote speaker and self-leadership engineer, explained that many professionals already know what they should do to grow. The challenge is often not a lack of strategy. Instead, internal barriers, competing priorities, and habits can stop people from acting on the right opportunities at the right time.

“The barriers start here,” says Mountain. “They don’t start with not having a strategy.”
